Dear nHANCE Friend,

The coronavirus spread has struck us all. To many of us, life during the pandemic lockdown is surreal. At this time it seems impossible to read in the crystal globe what the future consequences to society with regard to health, attitudes and behaviors and economy, will be. In the world of sports, most leagues and play off’s, came to an abrupt halt, spring camps were postponed, and athletes competing in individual sports not able to enter their training facility or grounds. The XXXII Summer Olympics in Tokyo 2020, has been postponed until next year.
On the positive side, perhaps the current situation would allow us to stop, pause and reflect on the most important aspects of life. For many professional athletes, with a compact schedule including travelling and frequent matches but less time for rest, recovery and training, the lockdown presents an opportunity to focus on rebuilding or enhancing physical fitness.
The National Football League wrapped up the 2019-2020 season just in time before the coronavirus pandemic took off. Kansas City Chiefs pulled off a sensational comeback to beat the San Francisco 49ers in the 54th Super Bowl. We do salute the Kansas City Chiefs! Hopefully we will soon return to normal life enjoying all aspects of sports.
