The 1st Global Hamstring Project in North America was hosted by The Alpha Project in Salinas, California January 25 & 26th, 2019. The aim of this annual forum was to share knowledge about hamstring injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement focusing on hamstring muscle involvement. This event brought together experts from different fields with the mission to bridge the gap between researchers and clinicians, and coaches, practitioners and conditioners, and at the end athletes.

This highly interactive event was not only presents new trends in research and application, but allowed for plenty of hands on training and networking in an intimate learning setting. Sport Science mixed with a lively social vibe aims to bring energy and encouragement to both the aspiring professionals and bonafide leaders in the field.
